Lieutenant Kiwi earns the title of Commando of the Month
for Best Christmas Commando.
When she finally alighted from the tree we were able to obtain a brief interview:

My name is Kiwi M. I is a female spectacled parrotlet - dats speshul!
I was da teachur for Hollering 101 in da Commando course
and I organized all da penguins to clear runways at da Norf Pole on my first missun.
I live in Montreal, Quebec, CANADA -
dats way up norf for most of you, but not as far norf as Santa.
I live wit my mamma, my daddy, Monty and Diego da cats,
and da new hamsters Zeva and Abby.
Mamma spoils me and skritches me and kisses me and I lub her.
I hab her so well trained dat she offers me dwinks by hand after I snack all da time!!
I take bafs wit da mamma in da big tub too.
I LUB to shred anyting I can -
especially mamma's new books she hasn't eben looked at yet.
And I is da offishul taste tester here
cuz I wanna make sure I get all da good stuff too!
Also I be a big explorer or anyting I can get into...
Mamma has pictures of me exploring all ober da place - eben in her purse
cuz she has sometin red in dere and dat means ATTACK!
Once I pooped in dere and she wasn't really happy hehehe.
I'm a bery happy birdie cuz I know I am da boss here!
